General plans
It's our top priority to keep our guests safe. Our hotel is certified under the Greek 'Health First' Protocol and specifically meets the standards of the World Health Organisation and local governments. Our staff have been given specific guidance about how to act quickly and investigate any possible property cases.
Our team members have access to hand washing and hand hygiene as well as safety equipment, where appropriate. All team members are tracked closely and proactively on a regular basis by temperature tests for symptoms linked to COVID-19. Both team members and supervisors have undergone instruction on the protection and sanitation procedures of COVID-19.
Our hotel is in cooperation with a licensed, designated doctor who works in compliance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization for the Management of COVID-19. Cleaning frequency has been improved in all public facilities by using sufficient disinfection materials and highly skilled employees. Hand sanitizer dispensers are installed at the entrance to our hotel and key places around the hotel.
